How can you and I live confidently when life is so unsettled?

In our text we find two disciples walking from Jerusalem with its tragedy of the cross, and were facing the sinking sun as they walked westward to Emmaus, about ten kilometers away.

So today, we’re invited walk with the post resurrection devastated and confused disciples on the road to Emmaus, joined on the journey by Jesus Himself. We’ll find it is a journey into joy.
